super-quick puff pastry pinwheels with cheese

Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
150 g ham
100 g cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
3. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the puff pastry.

4. Arrange the ham slices evenly on top of the mustard.
