A 3-ingredient bread substitute - ready in seconds and incredibly simple!

1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and optional salt. Add the yogurt and mix with a spoon until combined.
2️⃣ Transfer to a floured surface and knead briefly – the dough will be soft and elastic.
3️⃣ Divide into 10 portions and shape into balls. Flatten each one with your hand or a rolling pin to about 1 cm.
4️⃣ Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top and bottom) for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden brown. You can also toast them in a dry pan!
5️⃣ After taking them out, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Serve warm or cold – with hummus, salads, soups, spreads, or simply with butter!
