400 g thick natural yogurt (Greek-style)

400 g all-purpose flour (type 500 or 650)

2 teaspoons baking powder
Optional to taste:

a pinch of salt

a little olive oil for brushing

granulated garlic or Herbes de Provence (if you want a more aromatic version)
